Domestic Shipping (UK):

• Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days.
• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order.

International Shipping:

• Unfortunately, we are not shipping outside of UK at the moment.

Delivery Times:

• Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method and your location. Please note that unexpected delays may occur due to weather conditions, postal strike action, or holidays.

Returns and Exchanges:

• We accept returns for items in new and unused condition within 7 days of delivery.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
• Items that are on sale (e.g., clearance items) are not eligible for return or exchange.
