Refund policy

At Realm, we believe in providing the best service to achieve customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges under the following terms:

General Terms

·       Order Cancellations: We can accept order cancellations before the product has been dispatched. Following dispatch, the order cancellation request cannot be processed.

  • Non-returnable items: Sale items, as well as earrings, nose and hair ornaments and accessories, pendants and necklaces with matching earring sets, are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
  • Cooling-Off Period: For online purchases, you may return or exchange items within 14 days from the date of purchase, as long as they are not used or altered.

Return Process

  1. Notify Us: Contact us at smhbaig@gmail.com to notify us of the article you wish to return.
  2. Return receipt: Please return the original sales receipt or a copy of it to ensure tracking of your return.
  3. Condition of Returned Items: Items must be returned in saleable condition, with no scratches, marks, or signs of wear. The original packaging must be intact and attached securely. We cannot accept returns on items that show signs of use.
  4. Return Shipping: You are responsible to ensure the safe return of the items. We recommend using Royal Mail Special Delivery or Track 48 with insurance to cover the value of the goods. We are not responsible for any loss or damage during transit, and no refunds will be given for goods that arrive damaged or unsellable.
  5. Customized orders: Product made to your specific requirements are non-refundable unless there is a sizing error.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 10-30 days of receiving the returned items.
  • Return Shipping Costs: Shipping and insurance costs for returns are non-refundable. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Customised/ Altered Products: Products that have been customised, resized, or altered cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Important Notes

  • This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Distance Selling Regulations.
  • Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase for any returns.
